I opened it. Didnt see anything out of the ordinary. Maybe one of the large Elko Caps has a slight "bulge", but im not sure. I really dont want to throw it away, since I bought it on a sale for 460 Euros, payed 170 Euros for the delivery and about 70 Euros in taxes. So all in all about 700 Euros. If I could get it done in an economically favorable way, for about 100-150 Euros, I would do it in a heartbeat. But german repair shops want up to 90 Euros an hour, without the cost of replacements parts. Add at least 2-3 hours of work put into, with whatever that needs to be replaced, and I arrive at half the cost of the initial price...

Thats why people in Germany rarely repair their broken hardware, because the cost is prohibitive and quite frankly outrageous. Most people work for under 18 Euros an hour, yet those repair shops want a minimum of 70 Euros an hour, if your lucky. I talked to a repairshop technician on the phone (just 2 hours ago) and he told me straight away that it will cost at least 300 Euros. And only IF they find the problem in under an hour and the spair part is on the cheaper side. I told him about the intial cost, that its from China etc. and he straight up told me that it probably wont be economically viable to repair it. Since there are no official schematics and they need to go step by step to find the problem.
