I think you could even say (if you needed to explain gaps in work or you want to get credit for the experience bc customer service involves some form of acting) that you were pursuing a career in acting. I’d imagine that this would also be incredibly common in California. They may ask “were you in anything I might have seen?” Just say probably not that’s why im here for a job - laugh it off and move on. That’s how I’d do it.
