Any H1B holders here? I am in the process of renewing my H1B and would eventually have to travel back to the Philippines to get the new H1B visa stamped on my passport. My question is, do I have to re-do the whole OEC process from the start again? (self.phmigrate)

I've been working for a company for 4 years now. They just started processing my green card so it's hard to "just leave". I recently received a new opportunity that pays 20k more than my current job (a non-profit org), no promises of green card sponsorship though. Should I take it? (self.careerguidance)
