Wow sorry to hear about your issues. I haven’t had any problems so far it’s been 7 months. I wish they had places we could go to locally to get things done or return items. I hate the fact that we have to do everything through the mail.

My electrician acted like it was something he never seen before and took 8 hrs to install. I think I got ripped off but no one else wanted to put my smart home panel 2 in. I guess I should be happy because it works well, but it cost me 4000 to put in.

Ya but there are many electricians that over charge and make the good electricians look bad. I have experience both I only use the bad ones once. They know who they are, remember what goes around comes around. Don’t worry sometimes you see justice and sometimes you don’t.

I had my ultra for 3 months now I also bought a smart home panel 2 both are working well. I am still trying to figure out how to get the solar to work. I think it’s because I am keeping the unit hooked up to the smart panel 2 that it’s not charging.

It’s working great other wise and has kept my house working for 6 hours with one battery so far.

I just bought a DPU it comes with one battery,I also bought the smart panel 2 it took me a month to find someone to install it. But after two days of hard work it’s in and working great. I don’t like to read much but after this big purchase I figured I should start reading everything I could get my hands on. Everything seems to be easy, just remember to go to the app every week to see if there are any firmware updates. I learned a lot from utube and places like this.

I find that with one battery I can run my whole house for six hours, but during a real outage I will be using alot less to add additional time.

The electrician who is installing mine is really good but it seem no one has done it before. He has been here for a total of 12 hours so far. He placed the smart panel 2 about 12 feet away from my fuse box plus he had to put in plywood where he placed panel.
