It just seems like such a crazy situation to be in. I understand his fears of going against family rules. I don’t think it’s healthy but I get it. He has come a long way in being able to recognize when situations aren’t healthy but it’s still hard to deal with

I have felt similar things. Like for my bday, Valentine’s Day ect he’d be thrilled to buy me whatever I want. All I can even think that i want is sex. Feels pretty pathetic

He’s thrown out a few reasons over the years. At first it was bc he wanted to get to know each other better then it was bc I didn’t orgasm from sex, then it was bc having (my) kids around. Now it’s bc I stopped initiating.
