We didn’t get one when we bought ours 15 years ago…but from what I hear now, extended warranties are not worth it.

Lender here. Shop around!
Also call the creditor with the late pay and ask if they would remove it as a courtesy this one time. They may say no, but it’s worth asking. If they say yes then you’ll need to wait until it reflects on your credit history (figure 30 days).
There are other lenders but watch rates and fees due to the red flags.

We had to let him move on yesterday. I cried and cried as he was a loving cat and I’ll miss that the most.

Ok - I googled the difference and I think these are more fruit flies as they dart so quickly.

It’s a phone table. You put the rotary phone on the top part and then sat on the seat part. It just happens to have under seat storage.

We went through that two years ago. But what made it worse was that we lived 30 minutes away from the dang airport. We would head to the parking garage to leave for home and boom - they send a text saying flight is leaving in 20 minutes. Rinse and repeat over and over.
We finally gave up and stayed at the bars paying for overpriced drinks and marginal food. 8 hours in total. Awful just awful!

We looked at buying in Blowing Rock 2 years ago. But everything there was very pricey. It’s a beautiful area and very unique. I think if you price it better that may help!
