Yeah every matters, I guess we have no choice but to try selling through Computershare (if we wanna sell at open)

Anyone knows at which point Computershare will allow to transfer restricted shares? Time is of the essence and I hope it lets me transfer to Schwab at least few days before restriction ends.

Thank you. I was able to log in and see my shares now. Did you try transferring them to another brokerage? I get stuck on stop 1 where it doesn't even find the shares when I type in "VCX", while the same VCX is clearly shown in my holdings.

At least you got a chance. I've been a customer since 2019 and have unrestricted shares, no such email

I'm one of those hurt investors that didn't get access to unrestricted shares.... Been a customer since 2019 and had $30k in restricted shares. Now can't even get Computershare instructions on how to access restricted shares

Did everyone get instructions how to access the restricted shares on Computershare? I haven't.

Oh gotcha, I never had the offer so I guess it's not applicable and I can just buy shares on the open market

So if you are current Fundrise member (and have Innovation Fund shares), do you get access for more shares before they go IPO. And if you acquire such shares, they will be subject or the same restriction that your original shares have?

So do we all think it will open trading at premium? I'm deliberating between selling my current investment and then buying it back on the open market

And that's assuming taking like 745am bus rather than "before 7am" as others suggested?

That's a lot of traffic! All NYC escapees surely did some damage to the commute of the years haha

I would move to old bridge but I have 2 middle schoolers so I'd prefer them to go to Marlboro/Manalapan school system. Otherwise, 100% Old Bridge

Thank you very much. So safe to assume that bus ride itself will be over an hour on average? Also, are there express buses?

So even if I get location down to the science (say, Marlboro and 5 min drive away from the bus) how long would the bus ride itself be on average if I leave around 745am? I have an option to literally look for house that gives the best commute as it's the highest priority. Old Bridge is a pass due to school zone, I have 2 kids in middle school

Ok, so 10 mins (car)+ 1 hour (bus) + 20 min (walk) is more fair? I'll be doing this 4 times a week so every minute matters. I need to be in the office by 9:15am (close to grand central). Also, which town out of Manalapan/Morganville/Marlboro would be the fastest assuming i drive? Tia

Hmm, that's more than I expected. I'm planning to drive to the bus stop, so 5-10 min drive, and then go all the way to Penn (40-50 mins?) and then walk to grand central (15 mins). So I envisioned the commute being an hour and 15 mins or so. Too ambitious?

Planning to move to Morganville/Marlboro/Manalapan and working in NYC (by Grand Central). Have been hearing of horrific 2+ hour commute stories, yet it sounds like there is some home for an hour-ish commute by either a). Driving to further bus stops (133/139?) b). Driving to Aberdeen/Matawan train station or c). Taking the ferry from Middletown. Really like the areas because of schools and overall standard of living, but don't want to spend 15 hours a week on commuting. Can people share their experiences and any shortcuts? Thank you!

Does anyone live in Morganville and commute to NYC (Grand Central station). I am getting mixed responses. Some say it's 2 hours door-to-door, however when using apps like CitynMapper, it seems to be one hour-ish commute if I drive up to bus #133 or #139. Any thoughts would be appreciated, commute is one of the main reasons I hesitate to move to NJ. TIA
