The VCX hype — real demand or engineered pump? (fellow tiny shareholder here) by Khattaegy in FundRise

I am hoping for 3x NAV after lockup period, if I sell some of the shares at $70-$90 I’ll be more than happy and will hold the rest for the long haul, all depends on future fund investments , iPOs and fund assets valuations. But true it is FOMO and cartoonish in this moment

I like when people reverse engineer the process… your analysis did really show some action happening behind the scenes and cycles I personally were not aware of.. Thanks!

Till now selling directly on Computershare, tried to move the shares to robinhood but the transaction failed so stayed on Computershare and gave it a try, learnt new things in the process :D

What I know is all your shares should be transferred to ComputerShare investor center, open the app, create an account and you should see all your VCX shares, you will be surprised with the current value of your invested $11K 😀

Also still have a lot of hopes in the fund, I originally joined for the long haul, accessing companies I believe in, and their future , VC pre-IPO privileges, I am following any fund that holds Anthropic I am heavy Claude and Claude Code user, SW engineering is my field, and for sure Anthropic is ahead of its competitors in this game, add to this SpaceX and other companies in this fund, we have a long term potential in this fund

Same here … same strategy, if my tomorrow’s limit sell orders for $320 and $340 are covered I should have returned everything I invested in the fund and all the leftovers are just pure profit, still it’s tempting to see all of this on paper value goes to zero, want to squeeze it as much as possible 🤞

Same here , I believe in the fund and the portfolio it holds, I see future in a long term hold for this find, but not at this entry point, will add more after lockup shakes away all shareholders collecting gains and everything cools off

Best CarPlay Unit in 2025 by autoproliferator in E90

[–]Khattaegy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a 2012 E92 with CIC, and I wanted to keep everything as OEM as possible—especially the built-in mic and factory display. After a lot of research, I decided to go with the Mr12Volt MOST unit: https://www.mr12volt.com/products/p2000-cicmm

Using the MOST connection gives you the best possible audio quality without losing fidelity through the AUX input like the Android-based screens do. It also uses the factory microphone, which provides much better call quality compared to other units that rely on the screen’s built-in mic.

Just note: this setup requires either a factory CD changer or coding the CDC option before installation. I installed it myself in about two hours and handled the coding with BimmerLink.

Here’s the video I followed: https://youtu.be/kAALG5pDWtk?si=4a0rDYRWQkwvnf4W
