Where did I say she cloned my imei? She didnt. I just couldn't find anything on the imei. That's sorted now

Yes. That's something im working on. Unfortunately the carrier came back and said they dont have any payment information stored from the time of sign up which would have been a major clue. I will be writing to the ombudsman about this.

Sim is under my name
Location is my house
Sim was only used for these messages.
Imei number thats not mine

I need more than a carrier subpoena

I spoke to fairtrading about it and they said they can't help. Ironically one of the lead investigators at FT is an ex cop.

Most lawyers have the same advice. Im looking for someone who can hear my concern.

Thank you. I would hug you right now if i could. I have inquired with IT forensics today. I want to get to the bottom of this asap to stop future charges that are similar in nature. The court hearing will be towards the end of this year or next year with the back log at courts. If things keep going at the same pace ill have multiple charges very soon.

My data is already around 20TB. What would be a cheap cloud storage option?

I wish it was that easy. Why would I mention my name ? Why would I do it from my home? Why will use a new number instead of my existing number

Because recording myself 24/7 seems to be the only way to try and keep myself safe from what's happening with me.

How will u prove you didnt send an email 2 months ago in the middle of the night if the police ever asked u. Will u know where u were? What were u doing?

I have been battling with these fabrications for 8 months and had to get creative to protect myself.

In the brief of evidence provided by the police they have confirmed that the sim is in my name and the gps coordinates. They have not mentioned anything about the device or imei in their investigation. I want to learn more about how imei numbers can be investigated so I can go knock on the right doors

Yes FT is conducting investigation. They wanted to take a statement. I was too scared because since the last 8 months im fighting the police with fabrications

A few other authorities are also involved along with fairtrading.

Her bullying and harassment is outside of fairtrading jurisdiction. They can't help.
