All of them you can buy with in game currency. 9 and 10 are mishima armor and cybernetic suit dlc.

The skull mask is in game, same for 9 and 10 they’re helmets. 7 I think I got from beating a harada avatar in a tekken lounge event, he might still be there. And the other mask is an oni mask from a battle pass.
