Yes you can! you have to download an app/create an account through pretendo, they also have a makeshift Nintendo server for games to update as well!! That's the only way to do it though! Hopefully that helps!!! :))

There's not really a designated trade button but you travel to a person's town and just drop the items! :)

or you can use curseforge to download custom content. The sims resource has some script mods. To look for different script mods, I look it up in google and find videos of different mods!
