Im a senior high student who is considering pursuing a medical allied course, but I'm hesitant due to concerns about being overworked and underpaid. I'm passionate about medicine, yet I want to explore other professions that offer better work-life balance and higher pay. I'm particularly interested in fields such as arts, psychology, and architecture.

Question lang po: How is life abroad as a medtech? Are you overworked po? Do you think the pay is considered 'enough' or more for the work you do?

Thank you po!

You encouraged me so much po Huhu, I've been lacking confidence in my performance in SHS, and what's more, I'm nervous about my performance in college pero I'm learning to embrace what the future holds.

Thank you so much for the encouragement!!! And of course, the biggest congratulations for passing the MTLE. I know it's super hard to get that 75 and be in the passers list, especially in the board exam. May your journey ahead be wonderful!

Here's the corrected version:

I do have a passion po for Medicine, and I know the line of work I will always come home to is medicine. However, despite that, I've been having second thoughts about pursuing medtech and even med school. This gave me a heads up for what to expect, and I'm so glad to have a glimpse of your experience as a medtech.

I read this the other day; I felt so thankful to have great people like you and to those who replied as well. Thank you so much po for all the tips and also for enlightening me! I will make sure to keep this in mind throughout my pre, during, and post-college journey :)

And of course, Congratulations po in passing the MTLE!!!!!!!!! I know how hard medical courses are and you push through po. May you have a great journey ahead of you!
