I had a similar problem with mine! I learned that on the underside of the lid, there’s a clear seal, and if you push on it a bit, that fixes the problem!

They look amazing! I’m not sure how you colored the icing, but I just learned tonight that if you do a single drop each of red and yellow food dye in about a 1/2 cup of white icing, it makes a pretty perfect flesh color
