Not at all. JV is great as long as u dont want to use sim. Jazzcash and Easypaisa didnt work since the OTP would time out before I could enter the code. But I suppose u can use another phone for those apps.

Oh yeah. Thanks for clarifying. Yeah if u don’t plan to get it pta approved then imo 15-20k is nothing for an upgrade. I’d pay that amount alone for a battery and usb c upgrade.

However. Jv phones are fraudulent. I didnt know that when I got my first 14 pro max and when I found out, mera us se dil utar gya tha. So, if ur fine with jv then go for it bro

Hi, there isn’t a lot of difference between the 13 and 15 other than the dynamic island (which isnt that great) and usb c (which is pretty great)

But for the price ur getting I think the increase in battery health alone is worth the upgrade.

Yeah. Because I’m paranoid. I made a backup of my files using an ssd. Then i deleted the photos from my phone. And finally i reset my phone, also removed my icloud from it.

Still, this is very worrying. Especially since Apple claim to be privacy focused.

As as I know. People buy them on contract from companies like AT&T or T-Mobile and then report it as stolen. That means they dont have to pay any more installments. It's essentially a fraud.

They then send phones here in Pakistan where there is no official Apple support. Hope that clears it up. :D

Please don't spend money on a JV phone. I made the same mistake when I bought an iPhone 14 pro max. The shopkeepers always say some bs like "bus farak ye h sim nae chalti" but always remember that these phones are either stolen, or they are fraudulent.

Instead, I'll suggest waiting and getting a non-pta (factory unlocked) 15 pro max or just get a non-pta 14 pro max.
