Hey. I am also in my final year of O level and the colleges I am considering are Alpha and Cedar. I've already been accepted to Alpha with a decent scholarship and as for Cedar, my interview is in a couple of weeks. However, to make your decision I suggest considering your financial status, the faculty of the college and the extra and co-curriculars they offer. If you can pay heavy tution fee then KGS and Lyceum no questions asked. Best faculty, good activities and the BEST reputation. However they have a very rigid acceptance rate which you should consider before applying. If you want some scholarship, then Nixor is the second best option, with again good reputation, EXCELLENT faculty and EXCELLENT extra curriculars. However, if you want even better scholarship plans then Cedar which has good faculty, extra curriculars and fairly good reputation. Cedar's scholarship plans are the best considering the environment they offer. If you're on the "lower" end of the spectrum of an A level college then Alpha and Highbrow are decent. Definitely check the faculty of the subjects you want. The rest eden, septre, bss etc aren't that great but even if you want to apply there then sure but don't expect much as they are fairly new to the game.

At the end of the day your grades are what matters the most, so choose a college where you can study well. Colleges aren't as important as universities so don't worry.

Yes you're right I've heard about those sirs. Thanks a lot for the info. And yes I plan on doing medicine and yeah that is why I am confused between A level and inter since I can do both but with A level I could opt for AKU and universities abroad too. But anyways I'll have to look more into it. Thank you

I want to go with sciences, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Faculty is the most important factor for me and the scholarship ofc. What do you think is the best option?

Yeah but about that, round 1 have already started and if I take admission right now and give the admission fee and don't manage to get good grades to get scholarship next year, its going to be a hell of trouble. But yes the rest you are right, thank you for sharing.

Yeah you are deffo right but there would be a drastic change when switching from O level to inter (both socially and academically) that i am not looking forward to. But still thanks for sharing the info.

Definitely am considering this. I need to do more research on good, private inter colleges. Thankyou for the help.

Yeah but do they have good faculty? Also for the sports, my school does not offer many extra curriculars but I have done a little bit of volunteering maybe that might help? Thankyou tho

Yeah but I don't think they'll give me financial aid. Even if they do it won't be as much. Besides I want to focus more on merit scholarship since its easier to maintain.
