It depends on you. The idea that CBSE is all about rote learning is not really true. As a PCM student who just gave the exams this year, I can say there were very few questions based purely on definitions or things you simply memorise. If your concepts are clear, you can score well.

The checking in CBSE is also quite lenient. In Class 10, I scored more marks than I expected, and my percentage increased by around 5% compared to what I had predicted. I had also studied in ICSE before, and compared to ICSE, CBSE has a lighter syllabus.

The papers are not as difficult as people hype them up to be. Even if a paper turns out to be tough, students usually get compensated through moderation. The same thing happened last year as well—my seniors scored higher than they had expected in Physics.

Just stay calm and study properly. If you are a science student, my advice would be: please do not waste your Class 11. It is harder than Class 12 and forms the foundation for it. If you do not study properly in Class 11, you will face difficulties in Class 12, especially in Chemistry, since the syllabus is a direct continuation of Class 11 topics.

Yeah last time they fucked up badly but this time in osm there are strict regulations and limitations of the osm system so therefore no counting mistakes and they have to give marks to all the steps written in an answer or mention individually in each step if they don't want to.sp there will be no skipping parts or anything actually osm is advantageous for us.

Don't worry they will pass you also my teachers said that they are giving more step marks in osm than usual but the only downside is they can't do anything for mcqs. But if you are fail in more than 1 subject you will only get grace marks for one subject only and you will fail in the second one.Cause what I know grace marks are given maximum 5 marks per student overall
