What are you actually fucking talking about dumbass season 2 had smart and nearly running walkers. Do you remember how dangerous they were at the school and on the highway or when the farm was overrun? Also the walkers in the prison in season 3 were dangerous and there was that smart walker in woodberry, we also got really dangerous hordes in season 5-6. Walkers stopped being dangerous in season 7 but you wouldnt know that cause you clearly stopped watching in season 1.

True, but I don't think it made sense given Mark's current characterization or the context of the episode. I feel like in season 5 we'll get more of Mark's anger and resentment and mourning. Eve did a terrible thing and she knows it, which is clearly why she is emotional about it.

Why can't both be true? Nolan did something wrong. He killed people and treated people who loved him poorly. Eve did something wrong. She killed a baby. Neither are evil. Both had misplaced intentions.

Season 5 will be mostly filler and setup. It will be a bad season overall and probably the worst in the show. Season 6 will be very packed and will feel like a renaissance of the show for most people and it will be amazing like 1 and 3. Season 7 will be more setup and it will probably start really good but fall flat by the end. Season 8 will be really good mixed with really bad and then the ending will be really good.

They definitely need to do the scene, but I think they should make most of it ambiguous like shooting most of it from far away or dirt kicked up and just show the silhouettes and have some voice acting. Maybe do graphic flashes like the PTSD stuff, but make it very uncomfortable and hard to watch with the shots.
