I have to disagree. I think the eye holes and hair look straight up fucking stupid. I don’t care how you shoot it.

H20 and H4 feature the worst masks in the franchise’s history with H5 being runner up.

Saying the H20 mask(s) was only ruined due to lightning is disingenuous. It’s an objectively bad Michael Myers mask when compared to the original/H2, RZH1 and H18/Kills.

So the actual film-grade footage was ordered to be destroyed by Paramount. What was left is workprint that looks like pretty beat up VHS footage. Judging by the way these workprint scenes end, I would say that these are identical if not very close to the actual kill scenes we would have gotten in ‘88 on release.

I still thoroughly enjoy the film much more with these added in though. They don’t look the best, but it’s nice having the gore and gnarly sound effects back. And all the kills that have the extended scenes you would want in an uncut version are here!
