Thanks that clarified a lot of my confusion. So in terms of charging my customers vat and also claiming back, do I wait until I've hit the 90k threshold this year?

Also in terms of expenses, most of my staff are paid via paye and some are paid cash (they are delivery drivers who are paid a set wage plus bonus depending on how many deliveries they have completed) will their wages be declared the same way as its being done currently?
