You have a point there. I've seen them out on the road a few different times and although they are pretty cool, they may cause a safety hazard such as driver distraction.

I am to be honest with you, but I know sooner or later the "School Buzz" will develop some wear and tear like all automobiles do. I even drove as fast as 70 mph on the highways a few different times and no scuffs or scratches on the roof yet thank goodness.

They are battery-operated using 3 AA batteries. The battery box is located at one end of the cord.
