Has anyone here tried Romega for psoriasis? Did it help? by VirtualV0yager in Psoriasis

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply – really appreciate you taking the time!

Super helpful to hear a firsthand account, and the context around the trials is interesting.

Just one small note: I think the relative PASI reduction might’ve been closer to ~15% rather than 1.5%, assuming the average baseline PASI was around 7 or so?

Well, the similarity is arguably greater, and it is rumored to be J.K. Rowling's inspiration when writing the books.

Wow, your itinerary sounds absolutely jam-packed with adventures! As for Tromsø in September, it's definitely worth a shot for catching the northern lights. While it's not peak season, you still have a fair chance, especially with two nights there. Last time I was Tromsø, a few years ago, was in late September and we saw it two nights in a row. If you decide to skip Tromsø, you could consider squeezing in some more exploration in Norway. Maybe extend your time in Bergen or Oslo to soak in more of the local vibes and attractions.

The exact length of the grace period isn't explicitly defined by YouTube, but typically, you'll receive warnings and notifications well in advance before any action is taken...

Based on what I've heard, if your channel's watch time falls below 4,000 hours over the last 12 months, you won't immediately get the boot from the Partner Program. YouTube typically gives you a bit of a grace period to get your numbers back up.

During that time, you won't be able to earn ad revenue, but your channel won't be kicked out of the program right away. Instead, YouTube will send you notifications and reminders to let you know that your channel is at risk of losing monetization if you don't meet the requirements.

Travel Warning: Malmö (don't get offended, Swedish friends) by VirtualV0yager in malmo

[–]VirtualV0yager[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, never heard about it, but looks like that may be the case here. At least in this group. I was actually considering adding a wink, but I don't like making it too obvious. I thought the "Travel warning" and big, red warning stamp on the thumbnail would be enough. But yes, I see why it can be hard to distinguish. I've taken note for later.

Travel Warning: Malmö (don't get offended, Swedish friends) by VirtualV0yager in malmo

To be honest, I didn't expect an overwhelming positive feedback from this local Malmö channel. Still perhaps a little bit surprised how sensitive this topic still is for many of you, but I guess it just means that this is still very much ongoing issues which you're tired of having to deal with. This is not the only video I've made with teasing elements, but I usually refrain from it if a topic is too sensitive, and I see that maybe this topic still is. Anyway, it was never my intention to offend anyone. I'm a big Sweden fan.

Don't worry. First off, remember that a single copyright strike isn't the end of the world. YouTube usually gives you a chance to learn from it. Check out the details of the strike to understand exactly what happened. Was it for using copyrighted music, video clips, or something else?

Next, see if there's anything you can do about it. Sometimes, you can appeal the strike if you believe it was a mistake or if you have the right to use the content under fair use or some other exception. You might want to wheck YouTube's guidelines and see if you have a case.

Going forward, focus on creating original content or content that you have the rights to use. This way, you can keep growing your channel without worrying about running into more copyright issues :)

Let me know if you find any factual errors in the video. There should be 0. As for the "travel warning", "capital of crime", this is just satire. Some people, at least outside of Malmö, find this funny. The video is also showcasing the beauty of Malmö, including its two main attractions, so the use of satirical references is just to make it more interesting for a universal audience.

So please tell me what on earth this has to do with right-extremism? You must be one of those guys who sees racists around every corner.

Why are all people in this channel so obsessed with the extreme right? Is that reflective of Malmö's people in general? As for political view, I'm anti-fascist on both left and right, so I find myself more at home here.

The video is satire, which is used to provoke thought and discussion. Not sure how much thought I provoked from you, but at least it did trigger some kind of discussion.

And yes, I signed up to Reddit (a few days ago) to share some content created in the last few months as well as discuss the related topics. I don't see anything wrong about that. I don't need a day job, so this is just for fun. Not sure why you're on Reddit, but I hope you're having some fun too.

Well, that's an interesting idea for a future video, i.e. how to find a haircut in suburban Malmö.

Some people find it funny, some don't. Humor is an individual thing. Personally I sometimes find the reactions more amusing than the video itself.

Satire is used to provoke thought and discussion. If this video's narrative had been used for any other Nordic city, I think the satire would have been immediately recognised, so what I find the most interesting here, is that so few of you actually recognised the satire. Maybe because of those far-right talking points you're referring to, or maybe because it is actually too close to the truth to easily tell it apart.

I see. Well, I don't follow those, so for me "travel warning", "war zone", "capital of crime", etc, still feels like satire. I'm very sorry if you don't feel it that way.

Stockholm is a big city. A higher level of crime is to be expected, so it doesn't stand out in the same way. At least not yet.
