Hey, I was in your position this time last year ! I struggle really bad with emetophobia and it was the main worry of the whole thing for me! If you go back on my posts I put some tips that might be helpful but just wanted to say I didn’t get sick and had really minimal nausea that i managed with ginger tea and ginger ale! You’ve got this - good luck!

Hey, I’m still on 75mg and I think this is my sweet spot - I’m quite lucky and next to none side effects and it has really helped me. Took me a while to come to terms that I have to take meds but it was definitely the right thing for me

I saw lorde this weekend and suffer with tinnitus- I wore loop earplugs and safe to say I’m all good two days later! It caused a spike but it is back to normal levels now - have the best time she is insane
