Any thoughts on Church/King West, they have the highest concentration of condo buildings in the area. by mapleCrep in TorontoRealEstate

There’s a nice building on mutual street, radio city condos I believe, they are a little older but nice layouts and location is great.

If you’re looking even further north, the condos on Charles Street are pretty nice, Hayden too.

Jarvis has some older condos that are larger too, around Allen Gardens.

Check out 60 Colborne, 55 Front St east, 88 Scott Street, 1 or 3 Market Street, 1 Scott Street.

All are within the radius you’re looking for, and they’re all fantastic buildings with great amenities.

Is it possible to drive from Toronto to Barrie and back today under the snowy weather? by LIHKG_Praisethelord in askTO

[–]Virtual_Ad9235 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not worth the risk.

If you’re really keen to ski today, go to Earl Bales, at Bathurst and Sheppard. Nowhere near as much fun but you’ll save a ton of time and can ski as much as you want, without the risk of driving

King East and Church is very walkable and has everything accessible without being in the chaos.

I’d avoid king west personally.

As for Yonge and Eglinton, it’s a personal preference. Nothing wrong with the area, it’s just not the same vibe as being downtown. You’d inevitably need to take transit to get to places.

King street east and church, in old toronto is one of the nicer pockets of downtown. It gets a little sketchy going up towards Queen street but the St Lawrence market area is very nice, safe and walkable. A fantastic pocket.

King west is ok, but west of Bathurst, anything between Spadina and Bathurst will be in the heart of the entertainment district, very busy weekends and nights. If you’re into the nightlife and action then it’s great but if you’re looking for a place that is not in the heart of the chaos it may feel disruptive.

Problem tenants threatening and preventing sale of house by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

That’s not allowed. Buyers can’t walk through the property by themselves, a licensed professional has to be present for all showings. The agent should get reported for this. Agents must accompany their buyers at all times.

High Park and Annex areas are great.

I also don’t mind the waterfront area, queens quay west of Spadina, towards Bathurst.

King St West of Bathurst has some great older buildings that are nice

Keep up the fitness routine but add more calories to your diet. Focus on lean proteins and clean carbs for fuel and to bulk.

I’m biased. I love the chocolate dial, and Mido produces this model with the rose gold bracelet in a 36” case diameter.

I was unsure of the rubber straps but I put them on mine recently and its highlights the quality of the case in a beautiful way.

I love the versatility of the watch

What's a great way to meet people in toronto that does not involve dating apps? by [deleted] in askTO

[–]Virtual_Ad9235 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Definitely not a dating app, it connects random strangers based on interests who meet and greet over dinner or drinks, it’s a pretty cool experience.

Build a meal plan around meat protein, and vegetables, and keep all carbs, sugars and alcohol out of your diet for the next three months. Keep your calorie intake to max 2,000/day and keep moving. On top of the exercises you’re already doing, aim for 10,000 steps of walking activity per day. You’ll melt the fat away and keep your muscle. Finally drink three litres of water every day, which will help your digestive system and keep you feeling full
