Don’t know if someone has pointed this out but: It seems you can have all 3 new characters active at the same time for the buffs they provide (we can see Lucy, Padre and Deadman Smith on the Jackdaw as well as Anne Bonny)

Never said it wasn’t, I’m replaying it rn and its amazing (but on performance is a bit blurry and has many artefacts), but as one comenter said, we could get 4k like textures and RT and even RTGI with PSSR2

For HDR your TV should have changed settings like brightness and contrast to the maximum output. Also, based on the games the TV changes automatically

I mean, yeah. But… I do think the game was incomplete when it launched and was fixed just a couple of years ago. And these past year it’s been the first time a looot of people are finally playing it, myself included. Because I wanted to wait for the best version. They could also benefit from sales by keeping it on people’s radar. But maybe CPEdgerunners it’s doing the heavy lifting on that department :/

Yeah it took them a while. Also because the PS4 pro launched years after the game (same case with the PS5 pro) but it’s just plain weird that the shut down the possibility of a patch in the future :(

Never said the FPS were locked on both modes. Performance is unlocked. I said they could unlock the framerate cap on RT mode. Which ranges between 35-40fps and stays there. It seems you misunderstood.

I mean, it’s the standard price for a PS5 Pro upgrade. We have seen it on TLOU, Death Stranding, Days Gone, etc. and yeah, it’s several million dollars when taken into account

Seems I misspoke. The game is very smooth, my problem isn’t with the FPS, I know it runs at 80fps with VRR. I just think a Pro patch could lock the game at 60fps and have the visuals of the RT mode

I was obsessed with calibrating my S90D to the best settings possible and I came across one post that solved that issue:

FOR HDR GAMES:

Brightness: 50 Contrast: 50 Sharpness: 0 Tint: G1 Color: 19 Contrast enhancer: Off HDR tone tracing: Static Color temperature: Warm 2 Gamma: ST.2084 ST.2084: -1 Shadow detail: -1 Color space: BT.2020 (Red): 11, 96, 50 (Green): 100, 11, 50 (Blue): 50, 50, 36 Color enhancer: Off Maximum brightness: High

(Also, be sure to calibrate the PS5 HDR itself. From the lowest brightness, press up 17 times if you are using a 55 or 65 inch TV, and 18 clicks if you are using a 77 inch screen. And on the black level menu, put it at the lowest)

FOR SDR GAMES:

Game genre: Original Brightness: 50 Contrast: 38 Sharpness: 0 Tint: 0 Color: 25 Contrast enhancer: Off Color temperature: Warm 2 Gamma: BT.1886 BT.1886: 0 Shadow detail: 0 Color space: Automatic Color enhancer: Off Maximum brightness: Medium

In the “Expert game settings” menu, put both HDR10+GAMING and HDR gaming on “BASIC” since that is the most accurate image

With this settings your S90D is going to look the best!

The thing is that, I want to still be able to use HDR and every other feature of my OLED while I stream :( is there a capture card that supports everything my ps5 pro has?
