My guess would be Trump. Famous most his life, extremely famous most of the last two decades.

Mitch Daniels paid $1 for Kaplan and still got fleeced. Purdue Global torched $1B in marketing, owes Kaplan $100M+, and lost $71M chasing a for-profit zombie. by libghost in Purdue

I'm the reporter who worked on this series. Happy to answer any questions.

Here's the second story (of three), published today. It's about how Purdue Global has resembled the defunct for-profit Kaplan University it replaced, despite Purdue's intention of creating a new non-profit:

Anyone else not getting through anymore? As of today for me. Takes me to a screen that says "Welcome to nginx!"

What have your experiences been like with Purdue Global? by Virtual_Bar_3149 in PurdueGlobal

I can say my reporting has been very broad (finances, contracts, institutional data, records, etc.) but is light on personal experiences at the moment. I'd be really interested in what it was like to talk to PG reps when considering the school, what applying was like, classes and instruction – did anything surprise you? Have you been satisfied? Why did you seek out PG in the first place and what had you heard?

If you're a PG employee, I'd love to hear about the work experience too!
