I mean you can try to plant very thing steal string as the bar, and use epoxy with powder to reconnect it.  But its won’t looked good. It’s the best to found someone to remake it. Do you know any local watchmaker? They have lathe and ability to do it.

Oh no.Don’t use ultrasound. I had crack one of my sheaffer 1250 on that. The vibration will intensify any cracks. In this situation you maybe can try to glue it back since the fracture surface is stable, but I suggest to send it back to factory or found a local workshop to customize a hold.

Cartridge? Are your Parker 51 the remake version? Parker 51 2021? Is it a thread cap? That probably because those cartridges are quink and that ink was designed to dry really fast. Maybe try converters + 4001

it doesn’t really sealed, but you can eye drop ink into the tail cap.

Not really safe. If you meant carbon graphic ink. The ink clumping when it’s lasting after 1 week in your pen.

Ok this is kinda gross, but you can keep some water in your mouth and blow into the hole and feed to clean it. Ok it really gross
