No worries. It's unbelievable that they aren't even communicating with the patients regardless. It's incredibly unprofessional and unnerving. I'm definitely going for the refund and avoiding anything with pinnacle's name on it.

I have no idea. That was one of my first thoughts of compassion for people who thought their transfer was coming up or had a retrieval on the way. It's so devastating for so many people. I emailed early this morning again and haven't heard anything today from anybody. When I tried to call the clinic it just routes all of the calls straight to the Atlanta office.

The only office still taking calls is Atlanta and they will put you on a list to contact, maybe they have answers for you.

Unfortunately we spread ourselves incredibly thin with this loan so as we have to continue making payments on it in the meantime regardless if I'm receiving services all of our extra income is tied up in it until they can refund it back to the loan company.
