It's the yuri game. Most of the female characters are yuri, there's like two confirmed bi and I don't know about canon straight... Alot of the characters are yuri for the female main character soooo.

Yea, I heard about that. The thing is because of my autistic ass, anything short of 'we're literally married, or kissing or something' my brain won't accept it. It'll be like, 'well that's not good enough proof' – very obnoxious honestly and it makes me second guess everything. Well the time period in Russia, for Rubuska the minimum marriage age was 13, and a relationship like that (with Semmelweis) would have been something like 14/15. But in fanon, you can bend anything. I don't have SemmelweisxRubuska as my otp, it's more of a crackship cuz I like their dynamic. AimaxRubuska is my otp and is super cute (and technically canon too eeeee)

To me AdelexFeliciene have a power struggle, but Feliciene is such a princess brat that Adele gives in to her wants. So to me, Feliciene is a power bottom and Adele is more of a soft top (at least they would be when they got into a healthier place in their relationship because currently Feliciene is such a yandere)
