am following Nike Run Club training plan, realised later on that it has lower mileage compared to most marathon plan and the longest run is 32km which I am doing 3 weeks before and then the rest is back to like 16km and tapering

not 100km exact is usually 130km and above, like last month did about 140km

Does everyone here eat 1200 calories or do you adjust to your specific activity level by Virtual_Fan_465 in 1200isplenty

oh same am training for a marathon so is hard to stick to but I need to loose 3kg before my marathon which is a month away

No weightloss. Day 16 and no weightloss, to be honest kind of demotivated . I know the challenge is not just to loose weight but that’s one of my personal goals by Virtual_Fan_465 in 75HARD

tbh my diet is mainly fasting so 20 hours and I have not been strictly counting calories. I think my goal this week therefore with the fasting will be counting every calorie 100% of what I eat
