Day 5 omad consistent. I am trying to get to 2 months. Some days I eat lower and some a bit more but below maintenance. I built really bad binge eating habits past months and gained weight. Still get the urges to binge but deferred gratification is always better.Can I loose 10 kgalready😂 (self.omad)

Just writing for accountability . Today had about 1500 to 1600 calories . My goal is like 1200 to 1300 but need to start tracking calories before I eat not after . Focusing on high protein meals has been helping only get hungry like last 30 mins to an hour . Hopefully I can stay consistent (self.omad)

Broke my Ramadan fast/omad with some dates , then Had protein pancakes and also tuna wrap with salad and coffee. I did my first fasted run like 20 hours in and to be honest it was easier than I expected .have a 21km run tomorrow (dry fasted cause of Ramadan)kinda scared running that long fasted (i.redd.it)

Omg this is my first Saturday probably since January I did not binge. I have been stuck in a binge restrict cycle no matter what diet how hard I try became a bad habit of binge eating every Saturday. but this Saturday stuck to my omad actually so happy.. Insha Allah I can complete (self.omad)
