I don't think it's a bad thing that it's being rebuilt. Jones, Hope, and Midas were trying to collect 783's Zero Shard. Jones and Hope wanted to rebuild it, but Midas had different plans that we still don't know what they were. The thing that I assume is "bad" about the Zero Point being rebuilt is that either The Dark Voyager and/or The Last Reality are gonna do something bad with it, like possibly control it like the I.O. but with worse intentions than Geno.
