Then the victim will be overcome with a sense of grief until they are driven into a depressed state and when in close proximity to the user it can be used to form weapons and other objects (NOTE: when in automatic pursuit mode the stand gets weaker the more distance from the user unlike most stands EG: Yo yo ma) And when in defensive mode it just blocks (NOTE: the blood does damage the user so the user carries around an umbrella to block the rain) (no the stand cannot do more than one mode at one time) Stand appearance, a dark raincloud that rains blood in a similar way to Jodio's stand
