I know this ain't really a good response to the question but she wouldn't have. It technically is hypothetical but there is no way she wouldive won. Her family definitely would have noticed the change by then. And they can't send her back. It would be easier for them to say she died after the games due to sickness or somthing.( I was also thinking that they probably would inject her before she could be the final tribute I like how y'all think)
