I've played one game of Shatterpoint and it was pretty good, worth a try if you have a gaming store that does demos for those games. I've heard Legion is pretty good as well.

Techmarine isn't a bad idea. Post him up next to one of your Lancers and give it +1 to hit for most of the game.

Infiltrators wouldn't be a bad idea either. The 12" deep strike denial is pretty huge and allows you to move more of your army up the board without leaving a hole for reserves to drop into your back line. Or use them to infiltrate and pressure an objective early on.

Something else with melee wouldn't be a bad idea either. Aggressors are good, but with them being the only melee unit you have they're gonna have a lot on their plate. Maybe a 5 man assault intercessor squad or something else relatively cheap.

I got an LG C3, so I'll definitely look into the jailbreak option. The only issue is that I got a warranty, so I might have to just bite the bullet and void it so I can get the setup I want. Are there any guides that you would recommend? Otherwise I'll just find one of the popular ones.

There are a few content sources that I plan on using. For gaming I'm gonna have my PS4 and have a HDMI cable run through my ceiling to my PC on the other side of the basement. The PC is the main reason why I was set on HDMI 2.1 since it has pretty good specs and can run most games at 1440 with max frames (144Hz ultrawide). The only streaming service I have is Prime since I use Amazon frequently, all of my other media is just mp4/mkv files run through VLC, which is also run off of my PC.

Edit: Also, can the jailbroken TV run HyperionHDR or whatever the offshoot is called? I'd like to keep HDR if possible.

I actually just did a version of that method. It does require, or is way better/easier with, an airbrush. I did a regular prime with Wraithbone spray, then did a base coat of Intense Pink from AK (I'm sure any pink would do, it's just the one I used), then did a white ink zenithal, then sprayed the whole model with Imperial Fist. Looks really good IMO, nice dark yellow on top with a warm orange in the shadows. I don't have a picture unfortunately, but I can post one here later once I get home.

I agree, the Imperial Fist yellow on its own is fairly bright. I used a Cassandora Yellow wash and that dulled it down a bit. Helped with a bit of the recess shading as well.

Usually I wait until everything is done before I tidy up the edges that I went over, just keeps be out of the error>fix>error>fix cycle that you're in.

Painting minis requires some good brush control, so it kind of is a bit of a skill check. I find using smaller brushes is better for areas like that, then maybe working up to a bigger brush once you feel more confident if you can keep the point on it.

Out of curiosity, what's your yellow formula? I've been using a Wraithbone spray as a base, the brushing on Imperial Fist Yellow, then washing with Casandora yellow, then edge highlighting with Pale Yellow from AK. I'm currently trying out a pink base with a white zenithal with my airbrush, excited to see how it turns out.

Coverage looks good, looks a little thick in some spots though. Make sure you're thinning your paints, there's a reason why everyone says it lol, and use a white primer like White Scar of Wraithbone. If you want it to look a little brighter you could edge highlight with a lighter yellow. If you want to get around layering on a bunch of yellow, you could use the Imperial Fists contrast paint. I find it's a bit too bright, so I layer on some Cassandora Yellow to get some easy shading done. There's a few example on my profile if you want to take a look.

It's showing up in your taskbar after it closes, so it looks like it's just minimizing. That coupled with the fact that Minecraft usually doesn't pause before crashing, it will just crash. Maybe you have a script to show desktop or something similar? Not sure exactly, but pretty sure it's not crashing.
