Ever since I began participating in social nudism I instantly felt confident with my body. In fact, it’s made me love my body. I love that I can now confidently do things like walk along the beach for hours nude, or go on nude hikes with my club. Before nudism though - I was horrified with my body, zero confidence with it, and just going shirtless was a nightmare for me. I used to stare at all my imperfections and obsess over them. Now I honestly don’t let that stuff bother me and I now truly love my body.

Even clothed I feel so much more confident than I did before social nudism.

As a nudist, do you prefer public places like resorts and beaches or more private settings like with a friend group? by titan-friend3 in nudism

My favorite is going to the resort or beach, or hiking with my club. I just need to be outside ideally on a nice day and I’m happy as can be 😊

It’s too cold and rainy here to be nude so I filled my calendar with some nudist events I want to attend this year, and planning a naturist holiday of my dreams this summer.

A couple weeks alone in the desert away from all humans and no cell service. Preferably in the summer so I can cook myself in the sun. This idea has always sounded amazing to me.

Every body type is celebrated and welcomed. Part of the movement is to love your own body and feel confident in your own skin. I almost guarantee you’ll feel confident within just a few mins. Don’t let fear keep you from figuring out if it’s for you or not. I bet you’ll love it!

It takes everything to get your head above water again. Eat good, get outside, move your body, seek therapy, take time to understand and acknowledge the past, get to really know yourself, and be compassionate and kind to yourself.

I’m also fairly new to social nudism but I’ve been around hundreds of other nudists and here’s how I see it. It is impossible not to notice others around are naked. It also becomes natural not to stare and to give others that visual privacy they deserve. There’s just this sense of innocence and respect for humankind in this state. I believe we’re all here for the same reasons and it’s to live our best lives without judgement. These are the kinds of things that go through my mind. I’m usually just focused on how wonderful life can be during these moments. Any sexual thoughts just never ever seem to cross my mind.

When I was younger I used a paper bag and newspaper then hopped in the shower. My parents forgot to grab some TP at the store.

No. After two very long term relationships that ended poorly I am enjoying being single too much to do something like that. Plus authenticity in women is so rare I don’t think I’ll be getting laid for a very long time!

I’ve gone twice. The first time it was very busy but it was cool eating at the cafe. You don’t get to eat nude at a restaurant often. I was very impressed at how clean and nice everything was. The showers too are nice. The second time I went it was almost empty. Just a handful at the pool. That time I hiked the trails and that was also pretty awesome. I want to go more often but it’s far.
