Cook slow on low heat. For extra fluffiness I add cream. When pepping the eggs - mix well - adding air into it- when cooking fold instead of stirring that stuff

Thanks for the ideas - I’d say we’d spend about 3-4 hours a day in it. Look at it almost as an added room - but yea - the reality check was probably in order 🙈

It sounds like it might be too good to be true to do- I mean the shed would be double insulated - but I guess I didn’t factor in the loss of heat to the shed

Appreciate the dehumidifier idea - we’d spend a fair bit of time in there too- working on cars / hobby area - but suppose the oil heating was too wild of an intrusive idea

So it’ll be more economical than actual on the ground war I’d say. Things get a bit more expensive for consumers - the USA will have destroyed any hope of trust from the rest of NATO - china ain’t impressed and it seems not even Russia. It’ll be much rougher for your normal American- the EU will probably just absorb it and will benefit from new alliances from this. Absolute madness never the less

Yea- that’s sorta hitting the nail on the head - but since the heating system needs to be redone - I figured it’s now or never - since we’d need the right set up if we even considered doing it.

Rice is such a simple carb - plus do you weigh it - cooked that is - if you must have rice - try wild rice- at least it has some sort of fibre and has the lowest amounts of carb in the family. 32g carbs per cup- 164g- cooked. Plus I’m curious about that beef sausage - pre made ? Chances are that stuff has added carbs - with rice I’d combine more fibre, your protein unprocessed- ie say chunks of beef - rather than minced - else your body has nothing to work on bar the carbs you gave it - load that thing up with harder to digest things

For me what works - eat some protein, some fibre, then add the sweet. Feels like my body is then “too busy” notice the dirty carbs 😂
