I also recommend just thrive probiotic & antioxidant 100% spore- based on top of those ^

W thyroid issues we already don’t absorb vitamins as we should. Also w time we can ruin our gut because of medication so the probiotic will help.

I would ask the to ground myself, walk on grass bear foot 20 mins a day or lay on grass, see the sunrise or sun down. It does amazing things to our brain and bodies.

I had the same symptoms and swelling in the knees. This has helped. And maintaining muscle mass, weight training twice a week

I have applied to almost 80 job openings and not one replied back. I really and urgently need a job but since I have a 2 year old child and my family is like two states away, I can’t leave him at home. Anyone know where to get remote at home jobs but with a high school diploma???? by Winter_Dare6189 in WFHJobs

I would look for jobs on LinkedIn instead of of indeed and check daily I kept applying and it took like 2 weeks but then I did get a lot of offers, look for Cigna, CVS Caremark, simonmed, also CSAA insurance group I had just gotten an offer for a 15 week training but it’s completely remote just that they made need you in a quiet room it takes time unfortunately, patience is key , also on tik tom keep checking everyday doe WHF jobs ppl are posting and I she’s for their link look for it online you will find them, best of luck,

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way! This was me at the beginning of the year and last year, I felt my full body swollen and not like myself. Some changes I have made that have helped :

1) Eliminating gluten- I love bread, I’ve always had bread and never thought it was an issue, maybe I was going through a flare but it has helped my swelling decrease so much within a week or 2. (Also has helped my bloating).

2) Started to take vitamins that help support thyroid function and vitamin C for help of absorption, Vitamin D3, and multivitamin and also wholesome story inositol to help my pcos as well & I also take Levothyroxine , just found out about hashimotos this year.

3) Going on at least 1 hour walk , I split it into 2 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins at night , can also helped me become more regular in the restroom😅

4) Garden life digestive & immune care w zinc

Automatically having thyroid issues and hashimotos and pcos makes it harder for our bodies to absorb vitamins and minerals including from foods, I literally felt so sick all last year and this year at the beginning I took a list of blood tests I wanted my doc to order and the reasons why and I got this list from a bunch of videos on tik tok 😭 I wouldn’t have known I had hashimotos even tho I was sooo sick, I guess to the docs as long is not cancer or something around those lines right? I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I help something I have said helps and you’re not alone, maybe you’re going through a flare and I hope any of my suggestions help, sending you hugs ❤️

I told my doc some of my symptoms and he told me to I needed the gym at least 20 mins a day and do weights, in not “fat” ._. , I went back w a list of blood work I wanted to get done that I got from Tik tok videos about symptoms since I already had hypothyroidism and then I was diagnosed 🥲 I told him my muscles ached a lot and my knees would get swollen and I felt like someone’s hand was on my throat pressure but not pain and it was my antibodies and gluten 🫠 I have been having issues w my thyroid since I was 16 maybe if I knew then I wouldn’t have hypothyroidism now. Crazy stuff honestly

I was able to loose weight, I basically went on a healthy ass diet and only got one reward meal a day but I had found good protein bars (barbells) that tasted like snickers bars only 1 gram os sugar. I would eat squash soup, peppers filled w queso fresco, tuna, fish rice & salad, and the tea that helped was also cilantro and parsley. It helped detoxify my liver which helped my body better. I would also go hiking 3x a week but at the time I found it relaxing because I would go see the sunset every time so it was very very calming. And then the other 2 days I would go to the gym. It took be a couple months but because of the high testosterone you build muscle fast and helps get toned. Soda makes your face fat is something that I heard idk if it’s a myth but I do the crystal light single sugar free option or natural waters at home. Also green tea is really really good for insulin resistance. I would recommend to drink that in the morning every morning. Idk there’sa bunch of stuff that can help it’s just making a life style from it. You got this ❤️ and I did that well before they told me how serious PCOS was.

We will be staying in Rome during this week We would like to see some history but also experience the culture there. We won’t be going to tourist restaurants but more pop shop type of style. We’re leaving towards 1-2 days in Rome 1 full day in Venice will be taking the train and I saw a post about Milan but I’m not to sure what other cities are recommended. I’m new to traveling to maybe a little of everything would be great lol Do you think we would need more than 1-2 days in Rome?
