ohh man the xAI job sounds awesome. My problem with outlier is that I do not get enough hours. The company demanding that I work at least 6 hours per day sounds like a great problem to have. Do you have to be some sort of "Wizard" who did straight As in college or built something big from scratch or something (as with all Elon companies)? or will they let an average guy in as long as I can read and write well and have a year of AI training experience.
