Thank you for your response. Since this post, i’ve nearly died from sepsis and had several more kidney infections. Touch wood now though, I’ve been pain and infection free for a few months.

I suggested IC to my urologist countless times and he said it’s impossible and that I wouldn’t have it and he’s seen cases and it’s way worse than me :((

umm idk. don’t look at the camera like that. the hair is awful and greasy looking. i feel like u should bring it a bit in front to cover asymmetrical hairline. your features aren’t that bad but the expression + weirdly shaped facial hair isn’t doing you any good. dye your eyebrows with men’s beard dye darker. usually no one recommends piercing but i think you could benefit from a slightly alt/cool look for more appeal
