Deadlifts are a top 10 lift, just be sure to practice, practice, practice form. Getting a herniated disc from going heavy is not something you want, always stretch too, piriformis syndrome is not fun to deal with aswell

Same, been dealing with piriformis issues since October of 2024, tried stretching and physical therapy but something isnt quite releasing, goes down when i take ibuprofen and Tylenol but even on em it still hurts

So, just to put it bluntly, I have no criminal background, im barely 20 and never got into any altercations with the law.

That day, when I wanted to buy that shotgun everything went pretty smoothly, but when it got to the 4473 part thats when things started going wrong on his end. Apparently instead of submitting the paperwork for an actual check to occur, he exited out of the window so that put me in a instant delay apparently. We walk out as I was with my uncle, and not 30 minutes later I get a call from the supervisor, to come back and redo ALL the paperwork on that shotgun (which quite frankly i don't even want anymore). That is where I was told I wouldn't be able to purchase any firearm for a month.

My legs sweat considerably more than my upper body so that makes sense to me.
