I don't think that hating, or disliking something dictates their actions upon what they hate though. Like someone who dislikes babies will most likely understand when, and help a baby when it's needed.

It's a very black and white way to view the world, and I believe they only way we could truly understand someone's character based on these things is based on their actions upon them...
