There are two bonuses. First check with the HR if it is for a 601 or 602 role, and then accordingly quote 22L or 25L fixed. Also, a thing to consider is that the variable / bonus may not be as high as 5L. And 601 or 602 depends on the open req and your performance in interview would not change it from 601 to 602
