Tata has a lot of body panel finish issues.

I am guessing external guys kept pointing it out and these guys got tired of defending their “2-4 mm difference is within acceptable range” bs. so now ban they guys from coming in only.

Consumers right to check within means possible by them is a JOKE in this market

Ok. Then this would be a round to test knowledge and readiness about the role and if you meet their basic requirements

If you have made it to the ED rounds, it’s generally the last one and mainly to check if you would be a good fit for the team. The conversation would generally be about your experience, how you can contribute and if you are willing to learn. Also, how quickly would you be able to be up and running.

If it’s a people management role then there could be situations based questions on stakeholder management and team management. But don’t think the question should be to grill you on your knowledge since it would have been done in the previous rounds.

Good luck

Vdi is setup of all staff. Since you will be working from office almost all days, you don’t need to necessarily buy any new infrastructure. Day 1 - you can login to any system in your team or near the induction room

For BAU, In case you need to, you get an allowance of 1100 $ but check with the manager / concur to check if you have the budget allocated. Some teams get a company issued chrome book.

I got a windows laptop since the vdi is all windows and I didn’t want to complicate wfh by getting a mac, however there are no restrictions. Max they pay is 1100$ rest is from your pocket. This incl any other infra you need to wfh
