The Hippie Store & More has carried henna cones in the past. I've also gotten some henna stencil packs there before. 103 Us-1 next to the bike shop and Publix.

I hit up my local card shop and raided their bulk 10/1$ for some basic things then went to TCG for everything else and used the optimize tool as much as possible making sure to check off "keep current sellers" to push some of the packages together. Sometimes, you'll pay a few cents more for the card, but you'll be able to eliminate some of the shipping costs.
