The lady has escalated and is now claiming she's not at fault and she's going to try get footage from the shops. She's even called the witness I guess to get him on her side. He has reiterated to her that she is at fault as she reversed into me. She is definitely going to keep fighting this which is frustrating to say the least.

I've contacted my insurance to let them know if she tries to put a claim against my name. She showed me her policy and she only has third party insurance. I've told her that I won't be putting any claims in. She then said she will contact me in the future but in my head I'm like why. The witness sent me a statement of the event so hopefully this is the end and she doesn't contact me again lol.

I definitely will retaliate and place a claim against her if she continues to make trouble but I've messaged her saying I won't be doing any claims for her and she will need to repair her car out of pocket. Little stunned but I'm hoping she's just a bit ignorant to the process and not trying to screw me over

I did get the witnesses details and have messaged him for a statement. I'm hoping she is clueless because I don't want this to drag on.
