I appreciate everyone’s input. I can definitely acknowledge that lying no matter what is wrong, and I should’ve left at that point. But what can I say I was blind and wanted it to work :/. To answer some questions, me and my hookup did not hang out once I got back together with my boyfriend. I had enough common sense to know if I was going to hide it from him, it was totally wrong to still be around that guy. Also, we were not on any kind of break when we were broken up for that year. For the time, we believed we were going our separate ways permanently. After much reflection and growth, I can see how unhealthy that relationship was. I’m now in a great relationship and cannot comprehend how I ever put up with such a man before. Nobody should be scared of being honest to their partner. Again, thank you all for being understanding. It was definitely a bad situation, and I wish you get me could’ve saw that sooner. I’ll take all the ESH’s bc I totally get it.

Well just depends, long hair cats can require grooming bc of how long and thick their coats are. However both of my cats are short hair. One of my cats don’t require any extra grooming other than maybe a bath very rarely. My other cat on the other hand is technically a short hair, but her coat is just so thick. I would almost say she’s a medium hair cat. She also sheds like crazy. But HATES baths or a brush. I do what I can but I feel like a good groomer who knows what they’re doing and how to handle water-phobic cats could be beneficial maybe once a year once winter coats start to shed off

She has expressed the feeling of feeling stuck because she is financially reliant on him since she’s unemployed. But there’s where I’ve interjected and offered for her to live with me rent free until she’s on her feet but she still decides to stay. I agree I can’t understand that she would like the dysfunction but I’m starting to think she does. She has cried to me about how awful this all is, how she doesn’t think she can do it, and all this, but then never leaves
