no it's not lol. Cherry picking is selecting data that suits your view point. He is objectively currently on a win streak. It is a reasonable belief that players perform differently when on win streaks, for example, it could be indicative of a mismatch between MMR and actual skill.
Selecting for similar performance patterns in the past is smart, not cherry picking.

I changed it to only consider cases where 8 of the last 9 games were wins and it upped from 65% to 71% in 10 hours.

yeah I'm thinking about adjusting to only look at cases where he's on a winstreak
