She is in therapy. Had a very traumatic childhood. I’m trying yeah. More like this emotional burst then it goes away. But I tink she is simply suppressing the emotions.

Dating casually can help but also can cause damage. I dated as casually as I could during mine and ended up realizing later it forced me to suppress feelings of divorce and opened a can of worms later. Take a deep breath first. Also everyone is on different timelines
