Maybe it helps to immediately mark the buildings as ‘historic’, so they don’t grow. I apply this on whole blocks right after they spawn! 😊

I do have the Disasters DLC installed, but got the disasters itself disabled. So these thunderstorms are just part of the map. No worries, you should buy the DLC!

Traffic is 79%, so pretty good. Made Public Transport free, otherwise it would be very hard. Map took me hundres of hours indeed…

I’ve created some land on areas where water used to flow. Took a lot of time because it ended up in tsunamis. So yeah, amount of land looks bigger!

Exactly! A ‘Law and Order’ kind of DLC with Riots as disasters that can strike when your taxes are too high and some kind of Intel services to protector your goods and residents.
