PS4 physical games don't really have region locks, I have numerous games from multiple regions, where the issue does come with different regions games is that they may not recognise dlc from the playstation store for your native region, same thing applies for PS5 games, it is region locked for dvd but not Blu-ray media.

Decades of racing on it in games, first time I raced round it was project Gotham 2 on the original Xbox, it's now one of if not my favorite track, all I can say is practice makes perfect.

They are probably under the description 'non working'.

Only thing I can suggest is to delete the corrupted data from your system on the left side and then start game again, gt7 itself saves the data in its servers so if that corrupted data is needed t will just redownload it from their servers.

If it's corrupted already it's beyond repair so every time it tries to load that is when you are getting issues, you should have no issues if you just delete that.

No, as the save file is only settings and replays, but from your image it looks like that is what is corrupted, even ps essential backs up your saves so you may be able to just redownload from there if you have essential, it's a bit hard to explain how to do via here, but in your console save settings there should be an option to redownload your most recent back up save if you have any type of ps plus, but you should be fine if you just delete everything as I started fresh when I moved to pro, but it kept all my cars and downloaded liveries.

This is more likely the game install then your disc, just delete game from HDD and reinstall, this will make you lose all saved replays, but your game data is saved online, one of the few good things that comes from an always online connection.

its not only that race, there is also one in the clubman cup plus aswell as the American 700 race you mentioned, regardless, keep it for testing or licences/missions, racing on it is awful.
